Based in the city of Kalmar, in southern Sweden, they\u2019re close to a major part of Sweden\u2018s furniture industries. The Studio consisting of Johan Isberg, Andreas Karlsson and Karl-Magnus Lillqvist Sj\u00f6berg, describe the name Addi as a creative process where four I\u2019s are added: inspiration, interaction, ideation and innovation. Addi has designed a wide range successful products for many of Sweden\u2019s leading furniture producers.<\/p>\n

The name Nooi is an amplification of the Italian word \u2018noi\u2019, meaning us, describing how design never is an individual act but rather a collaborative process. The duo met during design studies at Politecnico di Torino and continued their educational journey at Designskolen Kolding. After four years in Aarhus, Denmark, they moved back to their hometown Torino to found Nooi which stands for design influenced by society, art, nature and cultural heritage.<\/p>\n
